Remote support Telecommunications Technician (Nortel CS2100 SL100)

We are looking for a Nortel Telecommunications Technician to provide support for a CS2100/SL100 PBX, your duties will be to perform remote MAC work. We need someone who is passionate about providing support to our growing enterprise. This is a 1099 position ,1 year contract. You will be supporting a large Scale hospital in a metro area. The right candidate will possess excellent computer skills and will be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a person who is committed to problem solving, dedicated to improving their skills and able to utilize their knowledge of the latest computer technologies to assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.3

Working knowledge and ability to perform basic MAC’s the of the Nortel CS2100/SL100 is a must! Please don’t apply if you can not support a Nortel CS2100/Sl100 PBX.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to do basic remote support and programming for the customers Nortel CS2100/SL100 PBX.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients and vendors.
• Calmly respond to user requests in a timely manner and assist with resolution of each request to the best ability.
• Work with internal clients and vendors to ensure standardization of desktop operating system and other software applications throughout the company.
• Respond to user requests in a timely manner and assist with resolution of each request to the best ability.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
