Our Application Growth Platform division is growing and actively looking for a candidate to serve in the role of Regional VP, Brand Sales overseeing the company’s US Central region agency and programmatic business. The position will be based in Chicago, IL.
In this role, you will serve as a part of the management team, reporting to the VP of Global Brand and Performance Sales. Successful candidates for this position will bring sales operational excellence to the table, along with a demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team selling a programmatic-first product to brands, agencies, and agency trading desks.
About the Role
Manage, lead, train, and motivate the assigned US brand sales team (managed service & programmatic PMP business)
Strategic leadership of major US Brand advertising partnerships
Work with the executive leadership team to define, achieve, forecast, and exceed revenue and business goals
Continuously evolve sales systems and processes to operate with optimal efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with our Client Services and Technical Account Management leaders to deliver innovative ideas to our customers while ensuring the highest level of customer service
Understand the needs, goals, and objectives of the brand and agency buying community and actively advocate on their with our marketing & product teams.
Responsible for ensuring best-in-class representation within the advertising
community.
Active involvement in the day-to-day management of Salesforce, ability to track progress and manage reports on a regular basis
About You
Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, buying, and selling
Demonstrated success leading sales teams that sell to agencies and agency
trading desks
Deep industry relationships, preferably at holding company agencies and their ATDs
Innovative, forward-thinking, high-energy, and results-oriented, who thrives in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
Analytical/strategic thinker, resourceful, creative problem solver, and compelling change agent
Strong time management abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization including VP & C-Level audiences
Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, mobile landscape, and the media industry
