FiberSpeed Inc.
– Installation of fiber optic ducts using vibratory plow, directional drill machine, excavator. No experience needed. We will train you.
– Be willing to learn new technologies as FiberSpeed is using innovative fiber optic installation technologies not commonly used on big Canadian telco providers.
– You will get to learn all aspects of fiber installation, from inserting the ducts in the ground to rolling fiber cable through the ducts to splicing and testing fiber cables and also installing fiber terminals in customer homes.
– Experience operating a small excavator is desired.
– Experience operating a vibratory plow or directional drill machine is considered an asset
– Minimum G driver license as you will be required to drive a company Van with a reel carrier attached
– AZ/ARZ driver license will constitute an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
