We are currently on the lookout for a talented Sales Admin to help support our Client Partnerships (Sales) organization. The Sales Admin will be responsible for supporting the sales team with proposal generation, note-taking during client meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations, creating reports in Excel and Salesforce, and supporting sales enablement activities. The Sales Admin reports to the SVP Client Partnerships or their designee.


SALES ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support multiple sales representatives by completing and updating project and proposal documentation, generating client-facing presentations, determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones, following proper escalation paths, and managing positive internal customer relationships.
  • Learn and understand process flows related to Operational procedures and systems such as Salesforce. Identify opportunities for improvement, re-engineering, and/or elimination.
  • Completes ongoing extracurricular research, training, and other activities to keep apprised of the latest industry trends and best practices and/or skills related to the role.
  • Produces exceptional client-facing documents such as Powerpoint, RFP responses, or Case Studies.
  • Inspire your team and influence them to perform at their best each and every day; this will ultimately determine the success of the Client Partnerships (Sales) organization.
  • Maintain a positive mindset, encourage teamwork, and act as an impeccable brand ambassador for ASTOUND.
  • Willingness to travel within North America and overseas
  • Other duties as assigned.


DESIRED E
DUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience is required.
  • Coordination & Administrative Skills: Possesses a high degree of competence working with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly motivated, responsive, and conscientious, with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Knowledge of sales systems is an asset (Salesforce).
  • An enthusiastic learner with superior creative, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Has demonstrated consistent above-average performance evaluations in previous roles.
  • Ability to work in an environment characterized by constant change and tight deadlines.
  • Organizational and time management skills: Ability to set priorities and plan well in advance to meet multiple shifting deadlines.
  • Detail Oriented – Keen attention to detail required.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Able to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely oral and written communication.
  • Strong team player with innovative ideas who can partner with others (internal and external) to achieve objectives and work autonomously.
  • Evidence of continued growth through education, skills training, and professional development.
