Job Detail

Aderas is currently searching for a Cerner Clinical Project Manager to join the team.

Primary Job Duties:

• Provide day-to-day project management across assigned projects including project plan, resource allocations, day to day oversight and management of the working group
• Create presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, and documenting decisions and action items
• Creates, prioritizes, and delivers on assigned new Enterprise capabilities
• Prepare and conduct presentations to the partnership, PMO, and government leadership
• Identifies project resources to include Engineers, Solutions Architects and SMEs
• Manage projects support elements to include clinical workflows
• Provide a broad clinical perspective and guidance for both clinical and technical projects, facilitate clinical workflow discussions to drive to clinically sound decisions
• Present new capability pitches, project launch, and approval gate events frequently
• Identify, communicate, and escalate issues to leadership
• Prepare weekly progress reports
• Prepare and update project collaterals for review such as meeting minutes and PowerPoint presentations

Work Location:

• Remote
• 10% Travel required.

Required Education Work Experience:

• BS Degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience.

Required Experience Skills:

• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
• Confident in public speaking and verbal communications
• Excellent time management skills with attention to details
• Varied clinical background in hospital and/or ambulatory setting
• Experience with Cerner EHR capabilities
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on PPT creation, and projects
• Understanding of, and demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, strong knowledge base of multiple Cerner applications, and work under aggressive timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI PMP or ITIL certification
• Prior consulting experience with large-scale enterprise and/or government projects

Clearance/Citizenship: US Citizen, able to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public trust Clearance based on the minimum of a Tier 3 investigation.
