Role Summary:
Under guidance from the project management resources, the Project Coordinator-Tech will provide general project support to the technology project teams and participate on technology projects within defined scope and responsibility. Partner with assigned teams and departments to develop, manage, track and report work progress on projects as defined.

Depending on project scope and complexity, supports one or more projects with overall annual budgets ranging up to $10MM.

Job Duties:
Telecommunication ordering, coordination, installation/disconnect in support of AAG, Corporate and Field Real Estate office locations for AFI. Coordinate design, ordering, installation of Layer 1 connectivity in support of office adds/moves/changes. Coordinate test/turnup activities of voice/data services across multiple internal/external groups. Maintain database records for circuit and data network equipment. Support activities for circuit, data network and billing questions and work closely with the Network Engineering team on design/build/install activities.

This position is needed to maintain corporate and field real estate technology deliverables for data and voice needs across the client. Additionally, EAR (Experienced Advisor Representatives) heavily depend on this role to get them quickly configured and connected to our network during the transition period to the client. Finally, Network Services leverages this position to help coordinate lifecycle network replacement activities for infrastructure projects. The position needs to be performed in the Minneapolis CSC location due to logistical responsibilities (material receiving/inventorying/configuring/shipping) and coordination with the Network Engineering and Operations teams along with the Voice Operations and Real Estate teams.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience (1-3 years).
