Project Manager Telecommunication

POSITION: Project Manager

REPORTS TO: Project Management Office Manager

JOB STATUS: Full Time

LOCATION: Toronto and Surrounding Areas

EXPERIENCE: Knowledge and ability to work while making safety the number one priority

is a must!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent Trinity Communication Services in a professional manner

• Prepare Quotations (meeting customer expectations for deadlines)

• Produce work breakdown structures for execution team (to be done on

ERP)

• Prepare package for utility locates

• Meet with City inspectors to review project and receive approval to proceed

• Review work orders with Field Operations team

• Ensure materials required for project have arrived in warehouse or ordered

through Trinity procurement Team

• Track project progress and update customers and internal personnel as

requiredReview completed work packages, prepare invoice packages and

pass on as-built info as required Pre / Post job costing

• Other duties as required by Director of Operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful applicant must have the ability to learn and appropriately train to

the above tasks, as well as:

• A strong commitment to health and safety

• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSuperior listening and

comprehension skills

• Ability to work alone with no supervision and within a team environment

• Ability to work outside of normal hours, including the possibility of weekend,

evening and overnight work

• A valid Ontario Driver’s Licence

• Computer literacy

• Ability to read and understand telecommunication system maps

• Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as determined

by the Company

• Will set up safely on high traffic roads according to Book 7 standards when conducting field

visits

• May conduct field visits in all weather conditions, day, night, or weekends with possible

overnight stays

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $70,000.00 per year

Experience:
