firstPRO is seeking a IT Systems and Telecom Admin for our client, who is based in New Castel, DE. This is a 6-month contract to hire. This is 100% remote. Our client is looking for an IT Systems and Telecom Admin who has extensive experience with Cisco.
Compensation is up to $80/hr
Must be willing to work east coast hours
Compensation up to $65/hr
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in voice and contact center administration
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Background in Microsoft Server Environment
- Experience with Third-party application installation
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise environment experience
- Knowledge of Cisco PBX and VoIP
Job Types: Contract, Full-time
Pay: $55.00 – $65.00 per hour
