We are looking for:

A new team member for our latest Portfolio Company that is single-handedly revolutionizing the global customer service experience by connecting companies with a pool of over 30,000 accomplished support agents across the globe. With their innovative and market-changing platform, the Venture already provides a large number of people around the world access to well-paying jobs in telecommunications while offering a completely virtual customer service for all B2B customers.

What will keep you challenged?

• Being responsible for the continued development of the innovative digital communication platform
• Close cooperation with the tech team, the UX specialists and the venture’s clients
• Acting with a great deal of creative freedom – Being like an entrepreneur in the company and bringing in your passion for developing product vision and for the ongoing improvement of details
• Developing, presenting and discussing product ideas at Founder and VP level and taking holistic ownership

Which traits contribute to your success?

• Completed studies in the field of media informatics, business informatics, engineering or science or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in product management, the construction of digital products or the underlying product strategy, ideally in the Saas environment
• Analytical working style and data-driven prioritization
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to find a good balance between user wishes and sustainable value proposition
• Enthusiasm for digital products, user experience and modern tech stacks, as well as enjoying interdisciplinary project collaboration
• Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin or Munich office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
