The Challenge

• Manage the IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
• Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
• Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, etc.
• Manage server and network backup, device configurations
• Installing and managing Linux-based systems for the Call Center department and various research groups,
• Handling hardware and software problems

More About You

• You have 2 to 4 years of experience working on Cisco Asterisk platform.
• You have a sound knowledge of Asterisk Dial-plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface and Asterisk Manager Interface.
• You worked on Queue, IVR and Voicemail related applications.
• You are an expert in Asterisk installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• You are experienced with Linux (LAMP) servers (Centos, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• You have experience in Python, TCL, shell scripting
• You peferably have a knowledge of embedded operating systems (OpenWRT, Linux, etc.)
• You know how to handle network devices and management tools

Even better if you have:

• Strong technical background in TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS, SSH, clustering/load balancing, AD/LDAP integration
• Have experience with installing and configuring Windows and Linux servers and workstations for both development and operational environments. (Windows Server 2008+, Linux)
• Preference would be given to having experience on IVR and Call Center application administration
• Knowledge of SIP and IAX. – MySQL and Telephony Domain.

Location

This position is based in Ville Saint Laurent and we work on a 100% Flexible mode.
