Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced level support for telecommunications issues.
• Work with providers for resolution of issues affecting user connectivity.
• Configuring hardware and software to optimize network communication.
• Work with other IT staff members and partners on new and moving clinics ensuring that all telecom milestones are met allowing clinics to open on time
• Coordinate network remediation projects for new partners
• Create and update network documentation
• Provide backup support on other Engineering services as needed
• Provide training and mentorship to lesser experienced staff as needed
• Maintain Meraki environment ensuring licensing is up to date and that best practices are followed
• Ensure that all networks are monitored appropriately through Solarwinds Network Performance Monitor.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Associate of Science Degree in Computer Network Administration
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems would be advantageous
• 2-5 years of experience as Systems Analyst, or similar
• In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and network installation techniques
• Basic understanding of the OSI model
• CCNA or Network+ certifications desired
• Meraki management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with scripting and interacting with API environments a plus
• Ability to keep up with advancements in IT network technologies
• Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
• Ability to managed multiple projects at a time with little supervision
• Exceptional communication skills
