Specific areas of responsibilities include:

1) Support for programming of Member, Committee, Leadership, Officers (MCLO) telephone lines in MCLO offices.

2) Provide support for Telecommunications Statement of Charges billing assistance for the MCLO offices for Wireless and DC Desktop telephone service daily using Expense Management System.

3) Processing of MCLO requests for moves/adds /changes/installations and programming for the telephones for stakeholders.

4) A monthly average of 250 orders for MCLO smartphones and available wireless devices as requested.

5) Provide customer support, rate plan changes and disconnects of Member and Committee offices for over 10,000 cellular wireless lines and equipment.

6) Make updates to the Expense Management System (EMS) for all Member, Support, Committee and Leadership office telephone and cellular lines for adds, disconnects and changes for billing account information.

7) Provide support to stakeholders offices for office telephone moves and changes.

8) Support and provide information for Meeting Exchange Conference Bridge calls for Member, Support and Committee offices.

9) Monitor and maintain the exchange numbers for exclusive use by client entities. The monitoring of these numbers involves communicating with wireless vendors and the phone service provider to ensure the numbers are not ported to the public domain.

10) Work in a Call Center environment in Telecommunications to answer incoming calls for client requests.

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite Applications

· 2 years minimum experience in customer service call center environment

  • 2 years minimum experience using incident tracking systems.

· 2 years minimum experience in monthly data reports and inventories.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent and at least two (2) years of experience related to clerical and computer applications.

Duration: Full-time, Monday Through Friday. Approximate dates: November 1, 2022-March 31, 2023

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
