We have the perfect opportunity for you! UTV International is currently looking for a full-time Technical Sales Representative to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing a new market segment for an established and growing company.
UTV International was founded more than 25 years ago and is specialized in designing & manufacturing tracked vehicles for forestry, mining, power, and telecom companies.
Our tracked vehicles are often tailor-made according to the needs of our customers. UTV Internationals’ sales are mainly in the USA and are looking to expand into the largely untapped Canadian market as well.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Listen to and understand the needs of our customers.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Participate in meetings with the sales department to develop and implement sales strategies on a monthly/annual basis.
- The candidate will be more than welcome to share his/her experience, be creative and bring new ideas to enhance the sales process.
- Brainstorm and collaborate on vehicle design and options with the sales and engineering teams.
- Work in collaboration with the different departments of the company.
- Traveling within Canada & USA to meet our clients
- Maintain an excellent relationship with our customers.
- Participate in trades shows.
- Work with drivers to plan demo runs.
What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- Be a hunter for new dealers/customers. Prospecting.
- Experience in the sale of heavy equipment/vehicles (an asset)
- Experience developing new products or markets
- Excellent negotiation skills, closer!
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Perfect written and spoken English. (French being an asset)
- Comfortable with office software / social media.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Willing to go above and beyond to succeed.
- Be a cheerful person!
