As Account Representative, you’re a key member of our high-performance sales team, with eyes set on increasing responsibilities and fast-track growth. A successful Rep learns quickly and contributes daily to customer satisfaction and account growth. You partner with and support your Account Lead to build trust with customers, then help them imagine best-in-class solutions. You work closely across Nomad departments to ensure those solutions are realized. You collaborate with and support Inside Sales as needed, and spend time uncovering and sharing customer insights.

Responsibilities*

  • CRM
  • Understand the theory and practical application of the HubSpot CRM tool
  • Manage and maintain data in the CRM (as assigned by Account Lead)
  • Continually self-educate to ensure expertise and optimal utilization of the tool
  • Accounts
  • Assist Account Lead in preparing accurate account planning
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts
  • Learn and demonstrate understanding of all Account Lead responsibilities
  • Build trusted partnerships, internally and with customers
  • Opportunities
  • Conduct competitive research
  • Promptly engage with inbound leads, as assigned
  • General
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your vertical
  • Become an SME in Nomad solution offerings
  • Become an SME in industry best practices and innovation
  • Inspire and mentor team members, including regular and insightful knowledge sharing
  • Work within assigned territory/vertical, resource, and budgetary constraints
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction
  • Give regular feedback to Marketing, including observed content and campaign insights
  • Be an ambassador for the Nomad GCS brand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
