We are searching for a Project Manager to manage all of our VoIP & IT installations. The goal is to make sure each technology installation is completed on time, under budget, and creates a happy customer. This person will set clear expectations with the customer, gather all of the necessary information needed by the technical staff, and make sure the job stays on track.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and coordinate (with internal personnel and external vendors) a detailed project schedule and is responsible to ensure all deadlines are met
-Create and maintain project plans, manage the project budget, mitigate project risks and make sure the project is on track and within budget
-Intermediate Understanding of Technology (VoIP, Internet/LEC, Servers, Computers, Cloud, Software, Networking/Firewalls, cabling, etc.)
-Ensure all project information is correctly stored in company documentation systems
-Train Customers on new Solutions
-Uncover upsell opportunities from projects to pass to sales team
Requirements and Qualifications:
-3+ years’ IT or Telecom Project Management Experience
-The ability to Own It and get stuff done
-Good communication skills
-Heart to always do the right thing and admit mistakes
-Persuasive ability to keep Customer’s happy and Technical staff on target

Pay: $37,662.92 – $70,000.00 per year
