Qualifications

  • Experience working as an SDR or in tech sales, preferably in the SaaS, PaaS, Telecommunications, or Software space’
  • History of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills on the phone and through email
  • Tech-curious
  • Full proficiency in German

What you will do

⚡ The main responsibility of the SDR is to provide meeting appointments for the Account Executives through outbound activities. Supported by Marketing and sales enablement, you will drive new business for EMnify [this involves pulled list creation and use-case driven campaigns].

  • Linkedin sales navigator

Experience with these tools is not required for this position, you can easily learn it on the job.

What the new joiner will do in 30 days, 90 days, and 120 days

30 days

Learning about EMnify’s product inside out. Setting up and getting to know all the sales tools and processes in place. Learn the main use cases [Fleet Management, Asset tracking, Charging, e-Mobility, Smart metering]that we are currently serving and understand the strength of our solution for these Use cases.

90 days

SDR runs with confidence his own campaigns and starts to book first meetings for the Account Executives.

120 days

It’s expected that the SDR will start to reach his KPIs and set an increasing success rate and volume in his activities.
