Available Shifts:

• Morning (6:00 am to 2:30 pm)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications.
• Experience with Business Admin and Inventory Management in a fast-paced environment would be an asset.

Responsibilities:

• This individual will be responsible to review our existing IT systems / programs and internal processes and research and implement IT systems or technology which will optimize organizational efficiency.
• They will investigate and identify the areas for improvement within IT infrastructures.
• They have to be in constant touch with key stakeholders of different departments to have a better understanding of their requirements, IT objectives and be able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Responsibilities will include identifying the business needs, understanding multiple inputs from different sources and may include integrating multiple systems to resolve the needs of different departments in a timely manner.
• They will oversee all the projects and handle the upgrades, hardware, and software installations as well as necessary technical training and assistance. They will handle the implementation process, resolve and debug IT systems to make sure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction. They will offer guidance during transitional processes and always be available to provide technical support.
• The IT Analyst collaborates with the 3rd party software providers and developers to design and implement technology solutions while staying within the deadline and budget of all projects and providing progress updates to management in a timely manner.
