Our client is global organization that aims to provide exceptional investment services and solutions for clients across the world. They are looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to join the technology team to support the telecommunications and networking infrastructure in their Charlottetown office.

The Job!
As the Infrastructure Analyst, you will report to the Associate Manager in the Technology, Infrastructure department. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with the company’s telecommunications and networking infrastructure
- Providing billing and technical support as an expert with networks and mobile devices
- Processing orders and invoices for voice/data circuits
- Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for technical services
- Collaborating with the expense management team on invoices, contracts, reporting, etc.
- Keeping track of ticketing system and organizing service requests
- Resolving service disruptions alongside telecom vendors
- Assessing systems and assisting network administrators with troubleshooting circuit issues, connecting with vendors if needed
- Managing the department’s vendor contracts and legal resources related to service providers
- Building and maintaining dashboards and executive matrix for senior management
- Reporting to management in technology department as well as other teams
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring to the job
The successful candidate is a team player who approaches their responsibilities with enthusiasm and is self-motivated. Other ideal qualities include:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar role
- At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications analysis, network connectivity, and ticketing platforms
- Understanding of good telecom services and intermediate-level proficiency in Excel
- Experience working in a global environment, having flexible availability, and accommodating time zone differences
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist personnel around the world
- Able to maintain professionalism while diagnosing and resolving identified issues

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Salary: $24.00-$25.36 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Charlottetown, PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
- Network support: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
