Telecommunications Manager

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager with telecommunications field experience!! For this position, you will be completing various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain the high performance of the warehouse s storage and shipment processes! **RESUME REQUIRED**

Pay Rate: $20 / HR

Tasks:

• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
• Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
• preparing schedules for Warehouse Associates, training new employees on how to use machinery, and monitoring compliance with safety standards
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
• Keep up to date on the latest federal and state safety regulations
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Must have experience working in the telecommunications industry (2+ years)
• Must have Customer Service experience (2+ years)
• Must be able to pass a Background Check/Drug Screen
• Must be able to lift over 50lbs
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Must be eligible for employment in the United States

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
