They have a new and exciting rollout starting in Germany and they are looking for someone with a passion for technology with a ‘’can do’ attitude who enjoys the hands-on field service aspect of the role

Tasks

The types of things you’ll be responsible for or do:

• Support Windows 10 transition
• Build/ imaging of physical Windows 10 desktop PCs and laptops
• Carry out the physical installation of hardware at user desks (monitors, PC, webcam etc), as well as the handover of laptops to users and IT cabs
• Use migration tool to track and coordinate PC builds / user support
• Assist with inventory management, ensuring migration tasks can continually be met
• Provide technical support during Windows 10 physical PC testing phase
• Liaise with other technology teams across the firm to ensure all issues are resolved and process complete

Requirements

Skills & Experience

• Experience with general deskside support and physical Desktop PC installations
• Experience with a previous large-scale Windows migration project a plus
• Experience with supporting Windows 10 and Virtual Desktops (VDI)
• Excellent customer-facing skills, comfortable working with all different levels of staff
• Pays great attention to detail
• Speaks and writes in German and English
• Clean Driving Licence
