- Stakeholder Management: Fully understand the requirements of the TSA framework and legislation, as well as the expectations of key internal stakeholders. Work within local technical and wider progamme teams to keep stakeholders current and manage change.
- Identity best value solutions: Evaluate functional requirements, user experience and commercial impact to identify and propose PAM solutions that deliver best value.
- Set Direction: Take a 5 year + view on solution design and operational impacts. Challenge thinking where appropriate to find the best value for BT.
- Engagement: Work with internal, external and third party suppliers. Able to explain difficult concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Privileged Access Management – Architecture, Design and deployment/integrations of large scale enterprise implementations.
- CyberArk’s Identity Security Suite and enterprise integrations (ITIL, IAG, Modern Auth/Azure AD, SIEM etc) (Certification Level: Guardian preferred)
- Experience of IT platform delivery to UK Gov (or similar) security classification.
- MS (Microsoft) Windows and Security Skills.
- Remote access architecture and solutions.
- Key influencer, ensuring expertise contributes to business decisions.
- Excellent at engaging with internal and supplier teams.
- Leads on major deliverables and support activities.
- Excellent communications skills, always adjusting to the audience.
- Able to lead and motivate cross functional teams to ensure delivery to cost, quality and time.
- Confident approach, delivering with minimal supervision/guidance.
- Held personal responsibility & autonomy [REQUIRED].
- Excellent Communication skills [REQUIRED].
- Experienced in Leadership [REQUIRED].
- Established reputation for planning, quality & delivery [PREFERRED]
