Position: Project Coordinator- Telecommunication
Location: Remote / On-Site
Department: York1
Employment Type: Full Time
This position would be of interest to individuals who have a good understanding of Construction in a Telecommunication environment.
- Coordinating and supporting logistical requirements of multiple projects through to completion.
- Analyzing high volume of work orders.
- Maintaining project schedules as required.
- Tracking and forecasting of budget, work in progress and support billing activities
- Completing updates within customer systems as required
- Responding to emails, phone calls and responding to information requests in timely manner.
- Data Entry as needed.
- Preparing statements of work, change of work, etc.
- Other duties as required.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education; in business, Science or Engineering; or 3-5 years related experience working in broadband implementation
- Strong working knowledge of MS office products including high level proficiency in Excel.
- Extremely organized with excellent prioritization skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Strong drive for customer focused results.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
