As part of this practice, the M&A Transaction Team focuses on addressing the full spectrum of transactional opportunities faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.

We help our clients across the entire deal life cycle by bringing our on-point industry and deal expertise to conduct due diligence, integrate value, and provide key communications around all aspects of the transaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Work and learn as a member of highly experienced FTI project teams in the areas of Media, Telecom and Technology, engaged in wide range of projects, spanning the full deal cycle
  • Quickly supervise project team and client relationship efficiently and confidently
  • Engage directly with senior management teams (CEO / CFO level), boards of directors and senior investment professionals to navigate corporate challenges and events, including: evaluating businesses in the context of strategic M&A or investment transactions, supporting the commercial and operational due diligence processes and assisting in post-acquisition merger integration and carve outs. development.
  • Apply business, economics, finance, problem solving and analytical skills to client situations and practice disciplines (e.g., financial and market modeling, operational and business process review, understanding end-customer needs and key purchasing criteria, assessing competitive landscape, reviewing business plan and projections etc.)
  • Prepare detailed written reports and analyses to present key findings and recommendations to senior clients.
  • Working directly with Senior Managing Directors to develop compelling proposals and support client and business development activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • 5 years professional experience
  • Prior experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking or prior experience in M&A division of a Telecom, Media & Technology company
  • This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices

Colorado Pay Range: $139,000-$204,000

This pay range is only applicable to roles being performed in the state of Colorado. If selected for this role, your compensation will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, your education, skill set, level of experience and job level. Candidates should not expect to be paid at or near the top end of the range upon hire, however offers are entirely dependent on the candidate’s experience. Note that this pay range is a reasonable estimate of what FTI would anticipate to pay for this role but is not guaranteed.

Colorado Pay Range: $92,000 to 285,000
