We are seeking a Project Manager to work with us. We need a project manager to collaborate between our warehouse manager, onsite technicians, and customers. This position will entail training and competency in our iPoint software. We are seeking someone with 3-5 years of estimating and project management experience in commercial construction. This position is a Full-time onsite position that will involve travel to Jobsite locations to meet with general contractors or customers.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage upcoming bids to facilitate a collaborative approach with our warehouse manager, sales team, and customers.
- Maintain relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Prepare accurate job estimates, quantity and material takeoffs, and preliminary project schedules on their own and with the help of a team of takeoff specialists.
- Responsible for final assembly of estimates for proposals
- Identify, establish relationships with, and call upon organizations that are tendering bids to seek potential projects to bid on.
- Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Must be proficient in iPoint software.
- Must have understanding an inventory management.
- The ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
- The ability to understand and administer AV and wire parts and products.
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Ability to deal with deadlines
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $40-000 to $45,000 base salary depending on skillset + project management bonuses based upon performance
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Experience:

- Construction Job Bidding: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: 5790 Enterprise Parkway, Fort Myers, FL- Jobsites throughout Florida
