Telecommunications Specialist – Mapping Level 2

Overview:

Compliance Specialist– Mapping level 2, a key position in the Revenue Cycle, manages the technical documentation required to close jobs with our client. After the initial training period, this will be a remote position. Preference will be given to applicants residing in the Western US region. This person will be responsible for ensuring all closing documentation from the field is properly formatted for submittal. This individual will be responsible for reviewing production from the field’s backup documentation and transferring it to clean maps and splicing documentation to be used for job closure and invoicing. They will be responsible for the footage and asbuilt task management in P2 to ensure that we meet our customer deadlines and expectation.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage all specified tasks as assigned in the client portal.
  • Communicate to both internal and external teams if established dates or customer expectation is at risk.
  • Transfer all Technical documentation from the field documents an all-inclusive document package for the client
  • Provide Client specified details on documentation to outline all technical work completed in the field
  • Verify all technical details are outlined in the documentation and if not work with the field teams to acquire any missing documentation or descriptive details
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience preparing splicing documentation as required by Comcast
