About SENED

SENED is an independent non-governmental and non-profit organization established in 2013 and registered in Turkey with the number 27-15-175. SENED was established by a group of humanitarian and social activists in responding to the Syrians suffer since 2011. SENED has become specialized in working with and supporting people with special needs since 2015 due to the realization of the tremendous tragedy that people with special needs live in Syria through periodic visits to their places.

Job Responsibilities

Undertake tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the various IT systems, assist on project work and eventually take ownership of certain functions within the IT infrastructure / Networking.

Key Activities/Tasks/Duties

• Undertake tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the various IT systems, assist on project work and eventually take ownership of certain functions within the IT infrastructure.
• Provide support to users (Employees) , taking ownership of Technical problems through to resolution.
• roubleshoot hardware, Windows, Microsoft Office, printing, and software problems.
• Creation, edit, and deletion of user accounts (both AD and software).
• Setup of new equipment using imaging and/or MDM software.
• Software patching and upgrades.
• Arrange the collection and repair of faulty equipment, issuing temporary units where required.

Required Qualifications (Education/Languages/Work Experience):

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology, or a relevant vocational training.

Desirable

• Advances level in the Turkish language.
• Intermediate level in both English and Arabic languages.

Technical Competencies (TC):

• Has an experience within an IT support environment
• Windows 10/11 and MS Office
• Active Directory
• Hardware troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication (Communication Skills)
• Knowledge of ERP
• Microsoft 365.
• Good understanding of networking.
