Powerhouse Communications, LLC is currently seeking ground hands to join our team in Southwest Arkansas. We’re a 100% veteran owned company and are focused on growing our organization!
**Overnight travel will be required depending on your location and the location of the current project**
Do you want to join a company at the ground floor and work your way up? Getting on board as a ground hand for communication construction crews is a great way to learn the basics and work your way up in our company. Experience is great, but not necessary – we will train you!
Must haves:
- Positive Attitude – We love happy employees!
- Ability to take direction and learn daily
- Able to work quickly and efficiently
- Work outside year round in various weather conditions
Responsibilities:
- Assist the crew leader with daily items
- Follow guidance to perform ground hand tasks and general labor.
- Ability to assist crews to safely perform communications construction.
- Set up traffic control signs and cones and direct traffic as needed.
- Willing to work outside in varying weather conditions
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in fiber construction is good but not required
- General construction experience is great but not required
- Class A or B commercial driver’s license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift or pull up to 75 pounds

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
