JOB DESCRIPTION
For this role you will join as a telecommunication engineer to support the voice, video, and collaboration services. You will be involved in supporting Cisco Unity, CUCM, UCCX, and the integration projects- assisting with the design and development for IP telephony products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, testing, and integration. After and during M&A integrations, you will be responsible in assisting these companies’ integration into the telecommunications.
Currently there are 3 CDOs (care delivery organizations) in California, around 60 offices and 5 data centers that require day to day maintenance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of IT experience in the field of (VOIP/IP Telephony)
- Specialized in Cisco voice infrastructure
- Experience and strong understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Experience and strong understanding of Cisco UCCX ( Unified Contact Center Express)
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with NICE CXone
- Certifications: CCNP voice, CCIE voice
