MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
On behalf of our enterprise telecom customer, we are seeking a Project Manager to thrive in a very hectic, fast paced environment for ordering Voice and Data services, tracking all parts and providing status updates through installation and turn up. We are seeking a candidate that has ideally worked for ATT previously to more quickly navigate systems and get up to speed as this role is a backfill for a candidate. Other job responsibilities include:
- ATT order installation through turn up for the end client: National Oceanic Agency
- Experience with Telco/Phone/Voice and data porting services
- Intake orders from the customer, interface with the customer on weekly meetings as face of ATT
- Partner with Sales and Solutions Organizations
- Host the meetings, track thousands of items for order Voice and Data services
- Understand how those orders move through a system, understand milestones
- Know when to track or escalate if something’s wrong or product will not be on time
- 3 to 1 ration of Voice to Data products
EIS project, clearance required but it is not required prior to starting in the role
