Job Summary

Carpe Diem Genesis is hiring full-time Network Deployment Technicians for a multi-year project in the greater St Louis Missouri area. The project will upgrade the telecommunications infrastructure supporting better reliability and much higher internet speeds. The Technician will configure telecommunications hardware according to the provided design, verify operating parameters, and package equipment for deployment in the field. Previous experience is not required, and training will be provided. The Deployment Technician will earn a competitive salary and will have excellent opportunities for advancement and training opportunities to expand your skillsets to take on a growing list of opportunities across the country.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Install plug in devices into telecommunications amplifier equipment
• Meet daily requirement for number of devices configured
• Complete required configuration documentation
• Label all equipment and prepare for deployment.
• Label all equipment according to design

Educational Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Experience with telecommunications fiber and RF equipment preferred

Job Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft office programs
• Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be in the St Louis area or willing to relocate.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
