Job Description :

In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for our patients. The Sr. Telecom Tech position is responsible for timely and exceptional customer service to all users including, supporting desktop telephone hardware, voice cabling and maintaining telephone switch programming. As a senior position the focus will be on Level 2 support calls with primary responsibility for problem resolution.

Your Job Requirements

• Two year degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent technical training and/or experience (military and/or industrial training)
• Cisco telephony training, certification is a plus
• Cisco CUCM, Unity, Jabber, Expressway, Voice gateway, and VG experience is a must
