Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinates Cross Application Deliverables critical for a 1/1/2022 Market Go Live
• Effectively communicate and Manage Scope changes and action items needed to meet the expectations of the Markets and Payers
• Creates and Presents Executive Reporting to articulate Status of Risks for Key Programs and Production Support Activities
• Supports a Critical Business Application for a Peak Season Readiness
• Enables an OT / OCIO / OH & ECT or divisional Blue Chip
• Internal Operating Income Favorable Contractor Conversion

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of Project Coordination experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated project management experience in Technology
• 1+ years of experience with presentation preparation and report production
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experienced with leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Kanban and other Agile processes
• Experience leading and developing teams in Scrum Framework
• Working knowledge of Rally
• Software product development experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and knowledge transfer skills
• Self-motivated, positive, energetic, confident, and ethical with a solid drive for results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and minimally supervised environment

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
