- *Responsible to plan, schedule, install, and deploy structured cabling for network (data and voice) and low voltage services including cabling for alarms, nurse call, telephony, biomedical and cable TV services, following best practice guidelines for cabling layout and design.
- *Independently performs assigned cabling infrastructure deployment projects, manages work to project timelines and commitments while delivering work for multiple concurrent projects.
- *Responsible for timely reporting of break-fix, task, work order and project issues to designated leadership.
- *Supports the HIT and Design and Construction teams in meeting project timelines and commitments. Coordinates with design and construction, building contractors, voice and data service providers, and department managers to ensure on-time delivery of infrastructure that meets business requirements.
- *Accurately maintains structured cabling documentation per department procedure and protocol.
- *Performs preventative maintenance of structured cabling installations as needed.
- *Assures Life Safety and Infection Control measures are properly used and maintained.
- *Performs basic troubleshooting and repair of structured cabling and equipment.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.46 – $32.39 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
