Primary Responsibilities:

• Supports the gathering and documenting of business requirements
• Understands and helps to clarify business/technology problem
• Identifies and gathers non-functional requirements
• Actively participates in the adopted software methodology
• Actively participates in ensuring high quality solution and applies understanding of testing methodologies
• Possesses basic business knowledge
• Contributes to the identification/prioritization of solution through analysis and discussions

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of IT experience
• 2+ years business analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience
• Focused on applying and enhancing knowledge or skill: has often applied this competency to new situations, needing minimal guidance to perform successfully
• Understands and can discuss the application and implications of changes to processes, policies, and procedures

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only : The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
