TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
2+ years of experience working within a CRM. Salesforce preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel including pivot tables, v look ups, reading charts, data, etc.
Documentation and updating tasks, calling customers for statuses and invoicing
Basic understanding of IT or Cable industry (networking, servers, internet). Telecom, Construction, or Engineering knowledge is a plus!

Job Description:
TEKsystems is currently looking to bring on a Project Coordinator that can help with invoicing, billing process improvement, and documentation within a Salesforce-based tool. Our customer is transitioning planning & design responsibilities to a newly formed division design team. The “P2” team will perform invoicing, job creations, tracking, change management, and ticket closing. Training within the specific internal CRM will be provided.
