Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the Cable Constuction industry. Cable construction admin or technician preferred.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Process Damage Claims
*Data entry *Verbal and email communication with MSO, managers, techs, BPs and oth vendors
*Other duties as assigned

We manage permanently outsourced operational activities in specific markets, including new customer installations, upgrades, service calls, dispatch, warehousing and outside plant construction and maintenance projects. Our comprehensive business intelligent tools provide real time access to our workforce activities and drive our ability to consistently meet or exceed our customer’s service level requirements.

Our lines of business include but are not limited to fulfillment, drop buries/underground, fiber to the home (FTTH), maintenance, & construction/OSP.
Our customers include but are not limited to Cox, Charter, Comcast, Altice, AT&T, HARGRAY, & RCN.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
