The purpose of this position is to oversee and support both in-house and Sub Contractor resources and ensure quality service is being performed. The Field Supervisor is responsible for coordination, delegation, supervision andquality control of onsite work including responsibility for performance andproductivity of all crew members and accuracy of all related documentation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Handle customer service with our customers, show leadership qualities, work with other supervisors and crews, and ability to instill professionalism, customer service driven attitude.
Coordinate with Project Manager on daily responsibilities including any High Priority ProjectsOther duties maybe assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,200.00 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Telecommunications Constructioon: 2 years (Required)
