You Have:
- Extensive knowledge of Cell Site construction practices and requirements.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and develop with the company.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to plan, predict, investigate, and find solutions that carry the company mission.
- The ability to build and manage 3 to 4 crews while developing great relationships.
- The desire to be part of an established cohesive team.
- A strong desire for advancement and atleast 3 years at Foreman level or hire or the appropriate skills set to move into the telecommunication field.

- Support crews including educating foremen both personally and professionally.
- Write and interpret technical and scope of work documents.
- Build relationships with customers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Pay: $105,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
