1Link Technology is seeking a Network Technician for a contract to hire opportunity in Memphis, TN. You will be providing on-site, network and desktop support to the client’s internal employees.
Requirements include:
- Must have CCNA (Voice)
- Troubleshooting and determines issues causing telecommunications outages; resolves first-line and escalated tickets
- Monitoring cloud-controlled Wi-Fi, routing & security software for changes in network and troubleshoots outages.
- Notifying and updating property teams on status of telecommunications issues and resolutions.
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager, WebEx and WebEx Calling.
- Understanding of underlying infrastructure required for VoIP systems.
- Working knowledge of on-prem and cloud-based VoIP administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Meraki, Cisco Call Manager, WebEx, WebEx Calling, and analog line troubleshooting.
