Must-haves

  • 3+ yrs relevant project coordination experience
  • 1-3 yrs experience processing, creating,and tracking PO’s
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel (No pivot tables or Vlookup required)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Internal stakeholders

Plusses

  • Familiarity with Ariba, Scope worker, or eSRT
  • Background in PC/PM work within Accounting or Telecommunications

Day-to-Day

  • Support Project Manager by maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines
  • Working closely with market Project Managers and market Finance members to receive Purchase Order Requests and process PO creations
  • Individual needs to review open PO reports to confirm request is not a duplicate
  • Work with Project Managers when milestones completed to ensure timely closing of Pos
  • Monthly reporting on PO creations, Open POs, and receiving needs

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Atlanta, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Project Coordination: 3 years (Required)
  • Construction management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Purchase order: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Telecommunication: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dunwoody, GA 30346
