Supervises and coordinates the staff and daily operations of the Telecommunications voice operations for assigned business unit and/or shift(s).

Job Responsibility

  • Promotes Enterprise Communications department goals by selecting, motivating, and training capable team members.
  • Leads the activities of assigned Enterprise Communications team members by communicating and providing guidance toward achieving department objectives.
  • Supervises, hires, trains, disciplines, and evaluates the performance of staff; ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner.
  • Prioritizes, schedules, assigns, and monitors work to optimize operational service.
  • Analyzes, recommends, implements, and monitors approved work-flow changes.
  • Participates in evaluating and implementing Quality Control/Performance Improvement related practices.
  • Arranges and/or delivers training related to operations.
  • Participates in planning and monitoring resources including budget, supplies, equipment, space, and information to meet operational goals and objectives.
  • Ensures implementation of operating policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Ensures distribution and collection of in-house receivers, maintenance of records by department and individual, and repair/storage of receivers.
  • Reviews and maintains operational records.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience and 0-2 years of leadership / management experience, required.
