Job Description: The Foreman’s primary responsibilities are to pay attention, be a team player, and learn how to perform the tasks needed. The work requires candidates who are dependable, punctual, and have the ability to work quickly with accuracy. Essential Duties:

Must be able to drive truck and trailer.
Handle transportation of equipment
Work effectively both individually and with other team members
Preparation and cleaning of sites
Following all fall protection safety procedures
Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and crew members
Frequent overnight travel is mandatory
Expect to be on the road Monday through Friday, some weekend work required
Frequent overtime is required
Other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Reliable transportation

Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Basic knowledge of hand tools

Must get along well with others, and take directions well

Ability to lift at least 75 pounds

Ability to bend, twist and contort body for extended periods

Ability to manipulate equipment and instruments with precision

Ability to work outside in all conditions

Any construction experience a plus

Estimated experience: 3+ years

  • Ability to instruct and manage your crew – lead by example
  • Deploy to job with all required materials and equipment
  • The ability to train all positions
  • Basic computer skills

The ability to complete Daily’so Submit by 7:00 a.m. the following day The ability to complete timesheetso Submit by 7:00 a.m. the following day.The ability to complete and submit closeouts. Submit within 24 hours of job completion. The ability to identify out of scope work and inform the CM immediately. Provide options for resolution. The ability to complete expense reports. Submit within five business days of receiving email from accounting The ability to communicate with the customer in a clear and positive way. The ability to review and approve crew’s work.

  • The ability to visualize the job (big picture) and get the appropriate materials
  • Track and report ancillary material use
  • Ensure company equipment is properly maintained and maintenance is appropriately documented
  • Trailer inventory management
  • Fiber testing
  • Ability to clean, scope, and handle fiber properly
  • Experienced machine operator
  • Understand AC & DC Electrical requirements and experience with NEC
  • Schedule inspections and complete
  • Estimate and order concrete
  • Estimate and order materials
  • Quality control

o Ensure that the final product is to customer specific quality standards Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Construction Superintendents: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Cell Tower Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
