- Support OEM Networks as Technical Field Competence Support Engineer for Carrier LTW 4G/5G Projects.
- Conduct Pre-con site walks, evaluate and reviews RFDS, Port Matrix, BOM, Construction Drawings.
Create Equipment Installation Documentation in accordance to the Carrier quality and installation standards.
Manage the deployment of Cell Site Integrators as well as performs site integration when needed.
Technical support to Customer as well as troubleshooting assistance to Cell Site Integrators and Installers.
- Lead the field testing with tools – TEMS, route planning, designing test cases (mobility / stationary) and analyzing the output of field testing.
- Manage the resolution of technical issues related to Field Integration testing (FIT).
- Partner effectively in support of internal teams (program management and professional services teams – design, integration, RTS, M&P, development, RITC, GPS).
- Work diplomatically across all teams to get timely resolutions to technical issues and remove technical roadblocks to deployment milestones and timelines.

Pay: $9,000.00 – $9,500.00 per month
