SitePro is seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Project Manager for a leadership role with a major structured cabling company in Phoenix!
With expanding projects, this premier contractor (which specializes in data centers and other major commercial cabling solutions) needs an experienced professional to lead a team of foremen and technicians. Additionally, you would be responsible for managing project logistics, building budgets, keeping projects on schedule, job start/closeout duties, and ensuring proper paperwork and reporting is completed.
You will come in as a critical member of the team on day one! If you’re a Project Manager with top-notch industry experience, this could be the job for you.
Basic qualifications we seek are:
- 7+ years of experience in the telecommunications installation with an emphasis on data center construction.
- 5+ years of experience in construction management as a Project Manager or similar leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of managing budgets and organizing multi-million dollar construction projects.
- Excellent knowledge of structured cabling standards, industry equipment, and installation methods.
- OSHA 30, 500/510 a plus.
- College degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, BICSI RCDD
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills as you will be managing a team and coordinating with clients.
