About the Company:
Koscom Cable Inc is an authorized contractor for large telecommunication companies, as one of our technicians, you will be responsible for all aspects relating to the Telecommunication and Networking industry such as but not limited to Installing, troubleshooting, programming, and configuring all types of telecommunication equipment, working with different types of wiring and being able to differentiate between colors, working with all types of cable including Coax, Cat5 / Cat6, working with small components to establish cable connections, understanding signal path and flows, using hand tools and testing equipment.
This is a fully remote, security sensitive, fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding position.
Responsibility is key, candidates need to be able to perform work in a safe manner, able to work independently with little to no direction ensuring all equipment, tools, and vehicles are clean and in optimal working condition while following all company policies and guidelines
Job Responsibilities:
- Running cables from poles (including climbing poles and work in basements)
- Verifying signal levels on cable outlets
- Providing TV, Internet, and Phone services for the customers
- Installing equipment (modems, cable boxes)
- Troubleshooting
Requirements:
- With a valid driver’s license and SSN
- With a White van or Truck (with a rack that can carry a ladder)
- With or without Experience are welcome to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,200.00 – $1,700.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: On the road
