Our Company is looking for motivated individuals who are eager and excited to learn how to become an RF Tower Technician or Civil Lead for Small Cell, Maintenance, and New Site Build Projects. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills, in addition to being highly motivated and working well under pressure. Below is a list of job tasks for this role, which include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able and willing to do manual labor. Standing, sitting, digging, working outdoors and on weekends are common depending on the type of project we are working on.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and how to use them properly and safely.
• Working closely with your crew foreman to assist in any way needed on the job site to keep the project on track.

In addition, below is a list of job requirements which include, but are not limited to:

• Previous experience in the construction industry preferred but not required, we can train you
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability, patience and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 – $102,000.00 per year
