We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to manage, oversee and support our inside sales representatives team. Responsibilities

The Inside Sales Manager will manage a team of Inside Sales Executives (ISE) that are responsible for generating sales and providing customer service to achieve the sales and profit goals set by company. They are responsible to resource and generate high quality, progressive solution selling and proactive customer service from the ISE team. Ultimately, the Inside Sales Manager will build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and profit goals established by VP, Commercial Sales
• Coach and Motivate Inside Sales Executive’s performance
• Communication with all WA departments and WA Strategic OEM’s
• Manage Company Intellectual Property and Assets
