Inside Sales Representative

CMS Communications of Chesterfield, Mo is looking for new Inside Sales Representatives.

We are a leader in our industry. A few of our major clients include Panera Bread Company, St Louis University, Macy’s Department Stores, Coca Cola, and more. We supply our customers with business telephone equipment and computer network equipment. We supply things like the telephones people use at work, headsets, video conferencing and much more.

Our account managers call on major corporations across the country to market our products and services. You build long term relationships with customers and work to become their go to person when they have needs for telecom and network equipment.

CMS is a great place to work. We offer a good health insurance plan, dental plan, vision plan, and 401K plan. We have many employees who have been with CMS for 10, 15, and even over 20 years. First year account managers get a base salary and quarterly bonus opportunity. Typical first year income is $40,000 to $45,000. Longer range income potential is quite high. Top experienced sales reps make $70,000 to $90,000.

Prior sales experience is not necessary, however these requirements are important, and must be met in order to be eligible for employment:

• Stable work history, not frequently moving from job to job.
• Hard worker, with references that will show history of hard work.
• Ability to build relationships with people.
• Positive and friendly personality.
• No fear of prospecting for new business.
• Have a drive to be the best at what you do.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

Currently our sales staff is working from home due to the Covid 19 outbreak. Interviews and training will be done via phone and video conferencing.
