As An Entry Level Sales Associate, You Will:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Problem solve efficiently to meet customer needs and provide any clarification
- Build genuine, professional, and friendly relationships with customers
- Reinforce our customer pipeline, generate heightened interest in our clients, and ensure alignment with our client’s brand messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve sales goals
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales tactics and suggest new innovative techniques
- Implement and execute sales strategies directly to consumers that promote our clients’ products/services to increase brand visibility and increase profit margins
- Provide necessary professional, informed, and timely responses to internal and external contacts
Requirements of an Entry-Level Sales Associate:
- Background in a related field, such as sales associate, customer service, or client-facing, is preferred – We do provide complete training as this is an entry level position
- Unwavering negotiation, communication, selling, and prioritization skills
- Ability to deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs with confidence
- The ability to problem-solve and pivot rapidly in a fast-paced environment to continuously stay at the forefront of our ever-changing client industries
- A competitive drive to accomplish all client objectives to boost their overall consumer brand image and customer acquisition rate
- Great people skills and the ability to adapt to any personality type
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 – $1,200.00 per week
