Cable Technician

Triage Partners, Ca is hiring fiber installers across Southern California for our offices located in Paramount, Palm Desert, & Ontario. As a member of our team, you must be quality driven, team oriented, and innovative. Installation of fiber drop and fiber equipment in homes, and minimum experience from cable, dish, companies is required. Must own truck/van/SUV, ladder rack, tools, ladders, android device. Techs will be hanging or placing the drop in conduit all outside work mounting the ONT, power supply to the house and completing residential installation inside the home.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Drop work, ONT, router installations to complete the residential Fiber install
• Observe all safety rules and regulations while working
• Teamwork, assist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested
• Must have a great attitude Displaying professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Accountability/dependability (On time when scheduled)
• Have schedule flexibility to meet constantly changing customer demands.
• Asking relevant questions ensuring problems are resolved quickly
• Assume all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Technician must have their own truck, van, or SUV with ladder rack (will receive mileage reimbursement)
• Must have valid driver’s license, registration, and auto insurance.
• Technician must have their own tools to perform the job as well as an android smart phone/tablet
• Technician must have personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position. Lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel, hard hat, reflective safety vest, fall resistor, mask, and safety cones.
• Must work varying shifts and hours including possible mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
